Our projects are undertaken in occupied areas where there are various safety, noise and disruption factors that need to be understood and managed.

We manage each project on an individual basis and apply the same focus on planning to every project, developing a project management plan and detailed construction programmes to ensure we know how we are going to build the job and manage the risks.

PDC is aware of the restrictions imposed while buildings remain occupied, which is why we ensure our team is fully informed from the site management planning stage.

PDC only employ those with hands-on abilities and proven success in their fields. Most of our employees have over ten year’s experience and are always finding avenues to upskill and further educate themselves with what’s current in today’s building market.
