Pacific Design & Construct have undertaken the refurbishment and fit out of a number of private office spaces and retail spaces. Minimal disruption is a key factor when dealing with established businesses and new spaces must be coordinated effectively so that works are carried out successfully. Work has been carried out on everything from small, private offices to large offices with front counters, and hot desks to shop fronts that cater to the public and require display and service areas. Clear communication is important so that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The refurbishment or fit out of these spaces included joinery, painting, floor coverings, acoustic panelling, window signage, kitchenettes and storage spaces.
